A Message from the CIO

Inspiring our community to reach into their hearts and pockets to ensure the mental health and wellbeing of WA children.

message

I am proud to be the Chief Inspiration Officer for Make A Difference WA.

Inspiring our community to reach into their hearts and pockets to ensure the mental health and wellbeing of WA children is something I am passionate about.

After teaching young children for many years and having closely worked in prisons and women’s refuges I can tell you, now more than ever our children need to be given tools to manage the difficulties that life throws their way.

Make A Difference WA work closely with the people and organisations who are truly making a difference for our young children and their families right here in WA and I am so grateful to the individuals and corporations that get behind this incredible charity to lend a helping hand.

Di Wilcox
Chief Inspiration Officer

Many WA individuals have been assisted by the charity but in most recent times the charity has now decided to focus on the mental health and well being of young children and the care that they receive from the adults in their lives.
