Six year old Luke has been diagnosed with Autism, Global Development Delay, seizures and a heart murmur. The foundation was delighted to support him with a modified bike to improve his quality of life and independence. This bike would not only benefit with inclusion, but also with Luke’s low muscle tone and core strength as Luke has weak hips which affects the way he walks. Luke does therapy with Rocky Bay to improve these areas.

Luke’s Mother Michelle said “Since getting his own bike, Luke’s riding skills have improved greatly and his confidence has soared. Luke is non-verbal, but he can clearly say ‘bike’. The foundation’s support of young Luke with the bike has allowed him to join his family for the first time on bike outings around the river and his local area”. Thank You for making a difference to Luke’s life.
